The people that work here are so friendly and kind, I was updated everyday on the stage my vehicle. They went above and beyond with my repair, even fixed some scratches that were not related or even on the same side of the quoted work. They even detailed the inside of my car and delivered it before the promised date. I hope im never in this situation again but if I am They will be my first call!

We had our vehicle in for repairs after a tree fell and hit it during a storm. The team at Danser Collision was great to work with from start to finish. The explained every step of the process and communicated with us throughout. Highly recommend!

I was a little unsure of where I should have my vehicle repaired, but after speaking with them in person I knew my vehicle was in good hands and that they were a trust worthy company. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work that was done, and they made sure I was satisfied with everything when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. They also offer text message updates during the repair process which was really nice. Thank you guys so much!!

There are several really good collision places in Erie. I was introduced to Danzer Collision 35 years ago by a trusted particular friend. They were the only place that he would take his prized vehicles. In that time ownership has changed once. However, the customer service has not gone down - but gotten better. I recently had a very challenging schedule on a reconstructed title vehicle. I cannot thank Kevin and his staff more for working with me,knowing that I had a schedule and doing everything that they could to get it done on time. I feel they went above and beyond my expectation. The work looks fantastic as it always does. But more important Kevin and his staff was aware that there was a schedule hardstop that was important to me. Not only did they make a couple of decisions in order to make that schedule happen, but it was seamless in their whole process. With great work expected (and received), I appreciated their professionalism, honesty and personable contact. I won't go anywhere else and won't recommend anyone more. Thank you Kevin, Judi and Scott. You always make me feel like I'm your best customer, even when I know I'm not. They have a way of taking a bad situati

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the work Danser Collision did on our vehicle. They not only repaired the damages but also were willing to put front and back push bars on. They did a great job with everything. It was all done within a short period of time and I was kept updated the entire time. Keep up the great work!
